Baked Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

  • Potatoes, any small round ones
  • Sunolla Refined Sunflower oil
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Desired seasonings, to taste

 

Directions

1 Preheat oven to 450˚F
2 Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
3 Add in desired amount of potatoes.
4 Cook until fork-tender.
5 Generously drizzle oil on a sheet pan.
6 Place potatoes on the sheet with plenty of room in-between.
7 Using a potato masher, gently press down on the potatoes until it is slightly mashed.
8 Rotate the masher 90˚ and repeat.
9 Brush the tops generously with sunflower oil.
10 Add salt, pepper, and desired seasonings on top.
12 Bake them on the top rack for 20-25 minutes, until golden and crispy.
