Baked Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients
- Potatoes, any small round ones
- Sunolla Refined Sunflower oil
- Salt & Pepper
- Desired seasonings, to taste
Directions
1 | Preheat oven to 450˚F |
2 | Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. |
3 | Add in desired amount of potatoes. |
4 | Cook until fork-tender. |
5 | Generously drizzle oil on a sheet pan. |
6 | Place potatoes on the sheet with plenty of room in-between. |
7 | Using a potato masher, gently press down on the potatoes until it is slightly mashed. |
8 | Rotate the masher 90˚ and repeat. |
9 | Brush the tops generously with sunflower oil. |
10 | Add salt, pepper, and desired seasonings on top. |
12 | Bake them on the top rack for 20-25 minutes, until golden and crispy. |
