Quinoa Salad
Ingredients:
- ½ cup quinoa, cooked
- Handful green onion, chopped
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese or mozzarella cheese
- Tomatoes, diced
- 1 cucumber, peeled and diced
- Salt, to taste
- Balsamic vinegar, to taste
- Sunolla Unrefined Sunflower Oil, to taste
Directions:
1 | When quinoa is done cooking, pour it into a large bowl and add the green onion, cheese, tomato, cucumbers and salt. |
2 | Add the Sunflower oil and balsamic vinegar and stir to coat. |
